About this resource
This service provides legal advice and representation for refugees and immigrants concerning naturalization, permanent residency, and family petitions, as well as classes designed to assist students in preparing for the US Naturalization Test. The range of services includes applications for US citizenship, green cards, family-based visas, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), petitions under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), U visas, and employment authorization. Additionally, the Cuban-Haitian Program offers further support for work authorization, parole, adjustment of status, and citizenship.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in and register for an appointment as soon as the doors open (on a first-come, first-served basis). For details about citizenship classes, individuals can call or check the website.
Fees: A consultation fee of $50 applies; other fees may vary based on the services provided. Citizenship classes are offered at no cost.
