Community Resource
About this resource
This service offers an online application that connects users to a worldwide network of volunteers and company representatives who are available at any time to provide visual assistance for daily activities. It helps with tasks such as reading labels, coordinating outfits, troubleshooting gadgets, setting up home devices, or any other straightforward task that a volunteer can assist with via live video. Additionally, users can access company partners for immediate video customer support through Specialized Help if a task is more complex or requires specialized knowledge. There are also opportunities for individuals to volunteer.
Intake Procedure: Visit the website; the app is currently available for both iOS and Android devices.
Fees: There are no charges.
