Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals or children aged 0-5, with family incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) or those who qualify categorically. This includes families receiving SNAP, TANF, foster care, or those facing homelessness, as well as families affected by domestic violence, parental incarceration, substance use issues, or child welfare involvement based on need.
