Who can use this
- Residents of Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties can access services. Individuals of any age with physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental disabilities are welcome to join Center activities. While some services may require proof of financial need, the majority of independent living programs and services are accessible at no charge to all individuals with disabilities.
