About this resource
The Smart Dating course offers evidence-based resources aimed at assisting individuals in discovering healthy romantic partnerships. Led by family life educators, it caters to those contemplating dating, those who are currently dating, and individuals assessing their readiness for a more serious commitment. Additionally, the Couple Relationships course focuses on helping married or committed couples enhance and sustain their healthy relationships.
Who can use this
- Participants must be at least 18 years old; Smart Dating is for men and women aged 18 and above, while the Couple Relationships course is intended for adults in committed or married relationships.
