About this resource
The Caregiver Support Program offers a range of resources including information, assistance, individual counseling, support groups, training, respite care, and access to certain medical equipment and supplies for those caring for family members aged 60 or older.
Who can use this
- Participants must be at least 60 years old; both caregivers and care recipients should be over 60, with caregivers actively involved in the care.
