This program provides grants of up to $4500 for each household, or $6500 in Box Elder County, aimed at minor home repairs that, if ignored, could create health and safety risks. Common projects include roof and bathroom repairs, improvements for ADA accessibility, fixing faulty electrical systems, septic system repairs, and individual culinary water hook-up repairs.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a household income below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
