About this resource
This initiative supports low-income women, infants, and children under the age of 5 by providing nutrition education, vouchers for healthy foods, breastfeeding assistance, immunization record assessments, and connections to additional supportive services.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted online at: https://brhd.org/services/wic/
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include females who are pregnant or breastfeeding, women who have recently given birth, or children under five, with specific income criteria.
Documents you may need
- Proof of Address — Proof of residency.; Income Verification — Proof of income for the household.; Photo ID — Valid proof of ID for the individual applying and all benefitting children.; Immunization record for each child receiving services.
