About this resource
This center offers nonresidential independent living and transitional youth services, as well as employment readiness programs for individuals with visual, physical, and mental disabilities, aimed at helping them acquire skills that promote greater control and independence in their lives.
Who can use this
- Participants must have a documented disability; individuals of all ages with physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental disabilities are welcome to engage in Center activities. While some services may require consideration of economic need, the majority of independent living programs are accessible to all individuals with disabilities at no charge.
