This initiative offers financial help for winter utility bills to low-income families across Utah.
Who can use this
- To qualify, a household's income must not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Level, they must be accountable for home energy expenses, and at least one member must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident.

- Income Verification — Proof of income for all household members for the past month.; Copies of heat and power bills.; Proof of disability, if applicable.
