About this resource
This service delivers evidence-based therapeutic interventions for both youth and adults facing a variety of psychological challenges. Clinicians perform evaluations for learning disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and overall psychological health. The treatment is administered by a team of licensed experts alongside graduate students from the Psychology Department, who operate under the guidance of licensed doctoral psychologists. Various therapeutic methods are utilized, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Behavioral Parent Training. Individual therapy sessions last around 45 minutes and are held weekly, available both in-person and through telehealth services across Utah.
