The services provide thorough health and developmental evaluations for children, facilitate collaboration among various providers and agencies, develop CPR strategies tailored to family needs and resources, and offer developmental support such as occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language therapy, along with customized interventions aimed at addressing specific disabilities or health issues like autism, sensory integration difficulties, or feeding and swallowing challenges.
Who can use this
- Maximum age served: 3; Children, living in Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties, ages birth to 3, with developmental delays, disabilities, or diagnosed conditions.
