About this resource
Graduate students, under the supervision of licensed psychologists with doctoral degrees, deliver mental health therapy to individuals facing challenges like depression, anxiety, unhealthy eating habits, adjustment difficulties, generalized stress, life transitions, and relationship issues. The therapeutic methods employed include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
