Four Corners Community Behavioral Health - Carbon County

The program provides gender-specific treatment for both men and women. Clients may be referred to a psychiatrist for medication evaluation and management if deemed necessary. It includes individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as individual and group therapeutic behavior services, psycho-education classes, and case management services when needed.
