- Eligible participants include females who are pregnant or breastfeeding, new mothers, or children under the age of five, provided they meet income criteria.

- Photo ID — Valid proof of ID for the individual applying for WIC and all benefitting children.; Proof of Address — Proof of residency.; Immunization record for each child or infant.; Income Verification — Proof of income for the household.
