About this resource
Trained staff assist program participants in overcoming employment challenges and securing paid, real-world job opportunities at nonprofit and government organizations within the community. The aim is to help participants refresh their skills and acquire valuable workforce experience. After completing the program, participants are also connected with private employers in the area.
Who can use this
- Participants must be at least 55 years old, low-income seniors, and willing to commit to 20 hours a week for 6 to 12 months.
