Who can use this
- In Davis County, vehicles that are less than six (6) years old must undergo emissions testing every two (2) years, while those older than six (6) years, specifically model year 1968 or newer for non-diesel and 1998 or newer for diesel, require annual testing. Diesel vehicles from 1997 and earlier, as well as Heavy Duty Diesels over 14,000 lbs GVWR, are exempt from testing.
