About this resource
The Homeless to Housing Program supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their homes. Case managers collaborate with participants on a regular basis to formulate and carry out a strategy aimed at obtaining and sustaining permanent housing.
Who can use this
- Individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and reside in Davis and Morgan Counties.
