This service provides comprehensive end-of-life care aimed at ensuring comfort for patients with life-limiting illnesses. The hospice services encompass homemaking support, management of medications, medical supplies, various therapies (physical, speech, occupational), counseling, and assistance with legal documents such as wills and powers of attorney, as well as funeral planning. Additionally, they provide grief support resources for those who require them.

Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with a life-limiting illness and an estimated life expectancy of six months or less.
