Who can use this
- To qualify, the property must be located in Daggett, Duchesne, or Uintah County, be an owner-occupied single-family home, and serve as the primary residence of the homeowner. The rehabilitation must resolve health, safety, or physical hazards for occupants and improve accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The cost of rehabilitation cannot exceed 50% of the home's value; homes requiring more extensive repairs will be directed to the Replacement Home Program. Funding is sourced from various grants with differing income eligibility criteria.
