Who can use this
- Eligible participants include females who are pregnant or breastfeeding, recent mothers, or children under five years old, with income criteria to be met.
Documents you may need
- Proof of Address — Proof of residency.; Immunization record for each infant or child.; Photo ID — Valid proof of ID for the individual applying for WIC and all benefitting children.; Income Verification — Proof of income for the household.
