This initiative supports low-income women, infants, and children under the age of five by providing nutrition education, vouchers for healthy foods, breastfeeding assistance, immunization record assessments, and connections to additional resources.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted online at: https://swuhealth.org/wic/
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include females who are pregnant or breastfeeding, recent mothers, or children under five years old who meet specific income criteria.
Documents you may need
- Proof of Address — Proof of residency.; Income Verification; Immunization record for each infant/child.; Photo ID — Proof of identity.
