The program offers nutrition education, food vouchers for healthy foods, breastfeeding assistance, reviews of immunization records, and referrals to additional supportive services for low-income women, infants, and children under five years old.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include females who are pregnant or breastfeeding, recent mothers, or children under five, and they must also satisfy income criteria.
Documents you may need
- Photo ID — Valid proof of ID for the individual applying for WIC and all benefitting children.; Proof of Address — Proof of residency.; Immunization record for each child or infant.; Income Verification — Proof of income for the household.
