This program provides training aimed at assisting individuals with disabilities in developing the skills needed for independent living within the community. Available training topics encompass budgeting and personal finance, cooking, recreation, computer and internet usage, management of attendant services, pre-employment skills, interpersonal skills, service utilization, and goal setting.

- Participants must have a documented disability and require assistance to live independently.
