Who can use this
- Eligible participants include females who are pregnant or breastfeeding, new mothers, and children under five, all of whom must meet specific income criteria.
Documents you may need
- Proof of Address — Proof of residency.; Income Verification — Proof of income for the household.; Photo ID — Valid proof of ID for the individual applying for WIC and all benefitting children.; Immunization record for each child or infant.
