The WIC Program assists low-income women, infants, and children under 5 by offering nutrition education, food vouchers, breastfeeding assistance, immunization record reviews, and referrals to other services.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted online at: https://swuhealth.org/wic/
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include females who are pregnant or breastfeeding, recent mothers, or children under five years old, provided they meet income criteria.

- Proof of Address — Proof of residency.; Income Verification; Photo ID — Proof of identity.; Immunization record for each infant/child.
