The WIC program offers nutrition education, food vouchers, breastfeeding assistance, immunization record reviews, and referrals to supportive services for low-income women, infants, and children under five.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include females who are pregnant or breastfeeding, new mothers, or children under the age of five, all of whom must meet specific income criteria.
Documents you may need
- Proof of Address — Proof of residency.; Income Verification — Proof of income for the household.; Immunization record for each child or infant.; Photo ID — Valid proof of ID for the individual applying for WIC and all benefitting children.
