About this resource
This counseling service is designed for eligible veterans, service members, and their families to facilitate a smooth transition from military to civilian life. It supports individuals dealing with issues such as PTSD, depression, grief, anger, and trauma. The therapeutic approaches utilized include cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

- Limited to veterans and their families.

- Proof of military service including discharge documents, deployment orders, or receipts of rewards.
