This program offers extensive assistance to help adults with disabilities achieve independent living through various educational and vocational services, including fitness education, culinary training, home living skills, and vocational coaching.
Who can use this
- Participants must be at least 18 years old; Adults over 18 who are enrolled in Medicaid and have a developmental disability are eligible.
