Delivers after school and out of school care, emphasizing guidance and recreation aimed at the development of youth from Pre K through 12th grade. Additionally, it provides transportation services after school from Nibley Elementary, Uintah Elementary, Dillworth Elementary, Emerson Elementary, Whitter Elementary, Highland Park Elementary, Clayton Middle, and Highland High School.
