About this resource
Support groups assist individuals in coping with the loss of a family member or close friend. These groups cater to those grieving the death of a family member, friend, spouse, or partner due to suicide, illness, or overdose. Each group runs for 8 weeks and is available throughout the year.
Who can use this
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and have experienced the loss of a family member or close friend; all individuals over 18 are welcome to join the 8-week grief sessions.
