About this resource
This 14-week program aims to give clients practical kitchen experience in areas such as baking, grilling, and safe food handling, while also teaching valuable life and employment skills. Upon finishing the course, participants can obtain a food handlers permit and/or ServSafe certification, as well as engage in an externship with a local food service partner.

- Participants must have an income below 150% of the HUD poverty line.
