About this resource
This initiative conducts bi-monthly home visits where parent educators deliver age-specific information regarding child development and parenting. They assist caregivers in observing their children and addressing concerns related to social, emotional, intellectual, and language development.

- Caregivers must have a child who is 5 years old or younger.
