Who can use this
- Families must be experiencing foreclosure due to overdue payments stemming from an uncontrollable crisis. They need to have a dependent child or a pregnant woman in her third trimester in the household and show the capacity to make future payments. Additionally, the household must comply with income and asset criteria and have utilized all other available resources.
