About this resource
The transition to adulthood living program assists youth who are currently in or have recently left the foster care system. It offers academic mentoring, financial planning, career readiness, and limited financial aid for housing, transportation, and educational expenses.

Who can use this
- Serves youth aged 14–23; eligible individuals include those 14 and older currently in foster care, as well as former foster youth who turn 18 while in care, those adopted or granted legal guardianship after age 16, or those who exit the system for reasons other than reunification after age 16. Aftercare services support independent living stability until age 23.
