About this resource
This service aids in ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary living space for individuals with disabilities who are unable to perform household chores on their own. It encompasses significant tasks such as cleaning floors, windows, and walls, snow removal, lawn maintenance, securing loose rugs and tiles, and relocating heavy furniture to create a safer environment.
Who can use this
- Applicants must have a documented disability; eligible conditions include intellectual disabilities or related developmental disorders (such as autism, Down syndrome, genetic disorders), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), or physical disabilities resulting in the functional loss of at least two limbs. Additionally, applicants must be residents of Utah, U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents, and possess a Medicaid Waiver.
