This program offers assistance to individuals with disabilities facing behavioral challenges through tailored family consultations.
Who can use this
- To qualify, individuals must have a recognized disability in one of three categories: intellectual disabilities or related developmental conditions (such as autism, Down syndrome, or genetic disorders), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), or physical disabilities that result in the functional loss of at least two limbs. Additionally, applicants must reside in Utah, be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents, and possess a Medicaid Waiver.
