This service offers transportation options to assist individuals in reaching healthcare appointments and social services, including bus passes and enhanced paratransit access.
Who can use this
- To qualify, individuals must have certain disabilities, including intellectual disabilities or related developmental conditions (such as autism, Down syndrome, genetic disorders), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), or physical disabilities resulting in the loss of function in at least two limbs. Additionally, applicants must be residents of Utah, U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents, and possess a Medicaid Waiver.
