About this resource
The program assists individuals in overcoming obstacles by placing them in roles at nonprofit and government entities, where they can acquire new skills, enhance their current abilities, and gain practical work experience. Participants are expected to commit to 20 hours of work each week for a duration that can vary from 6 to 12 months.
Who can use this
- Participants must be at least 55 years old; low-income seniors aged 55 and above who are ready to work a minimum of 20 hours weekly.
