Who can use this
- Residents of Salt Lake City with incomes at or below 200% of the federal poverty level can qualify for the discounted Go Pass. Individuals receiving SNAP, WIC, or TANF are also eligible for the Go Pass.

- Completed online application for 24-hour pass, annual membership, or Go Pass.
