Home visits emphasize the importance of parent-child interactions, development-focused parenting, and overall family wellness, while also enhancing family strengths, capabilities, and skills, and fostering protective factors within the family. PAT caters to a variety of families with significant needs, not limited to first-time parents, expectant parents, or teenage parents, and provides services from birth until kindergarten entry.

Who can use this
- Serves children aged 0–5; targets at-risk families with children under 5, particularly those with children under 3.
