This clinic addresses inquiries regarding bankruptcy, collections, credit concerns, consumer rights, employment matters, housing issues, and small claims. Sponsored by S.J. Quinney College of Law, it takes place in the Horizonte cafeteria. The services are offered by the Debtor's Counseling Legal Clinic and Street Law Free Legal Clinic, with Street Law sessions on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesdays from 5 to 6:30 pm, and Debtors Law on the 3rd Tuesday during the same hours.
Who can use this
- Individuals with low income facing issues related to bankruptcy, collections, credit, consumer law, employment, housing, and discrimination.
