About this resource
This program offers financial assistance for the management or elimination of lead paint risks in homes constructed prior to 1978. Services encompass visual inspections of painted surfaces, risk assessments, hazard identification, dust sampling, laboratory analysis, blood tests for children, educational outreach, and the remediation of lead-related dangers.

Who can use this
- To qualify, individuals must be a pregnant woman or a child under 6 years residing in or frequently visiting the home, with an income at or below 80% of the area median income, and the property must have proper insurance.

- Income Verification — 2 months of pay stubs or other income verification for household members over the age of 18.
