Neighborworks

This program features a 12-week initiative aimed at enhancing leadership and job readiness among youth. Participants receive a biweekly stipend of $200 and are taught how to manage their first paycheck and cultivate effective money habits. The skills development curriculum covers areas such as problem-solving, goal-setting, communication, team collaboration, project assessment, planning, execution, budgeting, time management, organization, resume crafting, public speaking, and computer skills.
