Conducts fair hearings for divisions administered within DHHS, including the Division of Child and Family Services, the Division of Services for People with Disabilities, the Office of Recovery Services, the Division of Licensing and Background Checks, and Adult Protective Services.
Who can use this
- Requests for DCFS and APS must be submitted within 30 days of the Notice of Agency Action, while requests for other agencies should be made within 15 days.
