About this resource
This initiative provides accommodation and transport for families with adolescent patients traveling to and from hospitals. It also supplies packaged meals and snacks, along with tickets for local events. Additionally, family rooms equipped with showers, a kitchenette, laundry facilities, private overnight areas, and Wi-Fi are available at The University of Utah and Intermountain Primary Children's hospitals.
Who can use this
- Families must have a child under 21 in treatment at a local hospital and reside more than 60 miles away, with referrals from hospital social workers required.
