This initiative provides low-interest loans or grants aimed at assisting low and moderate-income residents of Salt Lake City in resolving health or structural problems within their homes. It includes services for lead-based paint remediation and radon gas testing.

Who can use this
- Applicants must be homeowners residing in the property needing repairs in Salt Lake City and have a family income that is below 80% of the area median income.
