Home Visits emphasize the importance of parent-child engagement, development-oriented parenting, and overall family health. They help in fostering strengths, skills, capabilities, and protective factors within families. The PAT program caters to a diverse group of families, including not only first-time parents, expectant parents, or teenage parents, but also offers services from birth until kindergarten entry.

Who can use this
- Serves children ages 3–5; families residing within school district boundaries with children from birth to 5 years old. Families with children aged 0-3 are the most likely to qualify for services.
