Who can use this
- Individuals seeking a business license must first complete several steps, including registering the business name and entity type, acquiring a Sales & Use Tax License, obtaining an Employee Income Tax Withholding Number, securing an Unemployment Insurance Employer Identification Number, registering with the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, verifying employee work status, and ensuring compliance with zoning regulations.
