About this resource
This initiative provides affordable housing options for qualifying families in Salt Lake County by allowing them to volunteer 225 hours as sweat equity. After fulfilling this requirement, families can become eligible to buy a home with a 0% interest mortgage.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be US citizens or legal residents who have resided and worked in Salt Lake County for at least 12 months, cannot currently own a home or any property, and must adhere to the income criteria specified on the website.
